Stability Data Coordinator


SUMMARY:
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that all stability data are entered into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and made available to the lab staff in a timely manner. You will assist with the coordination and maintenance of stability studies as directed and in accordance to FDA, cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures. The coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for receipt and entry of stability data.
  • Critical review and attention to detail on correct electronic transfer of scientific numerical data with respect to numerical values, scientific notation, data consistency, and alignment with source data sheets.
  • Supports coordination of stability studies as needed and directed (DOE)
  • Reviews and verifies sample paperwork against samples to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
  • May verify scientific data entry completed by others.
  • Follows good documentation processes, safety rules and regulations and cGMP rules and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience working within Laboratory, Quality, Technical Services, or scientific area where computer technical data management support was provided via computer software.     
  • A high school diploma or GED is required with 0-2 years of related work experience. An Associate’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred (or 2-3yrs on completion of science/technical based degree).
Any combination of the following is a strong plus:
  • Experience with cGMP and LIMS
  • Strong general computer skills (Excel or other data base storage/retrieval systems)
  • Biological/Biochemical laboratory and/or testing experience
  • Biopharmaceutical experience
